This site has been independently owned and operated (with the approval of Scottish Heavy Athletics) since 2004. It is now closed.

It has been a true pleasure to host this site over the years and to support very worthwhile organizations - definitely SHA but also ALL of the Caledonian Clubs and other hosting organizations without whom we would have no venue to gather and enjoy the sport and lifestyle we love.

Maintaining the content plus adding new, automated features takes time. Time which this web master does not have. I am a custom software application developer and a dynamic website developer. Due to the on-going down-turn in the economy, I have had to focus solely on finding new clients and new projects.

I have invited anyone with web skills to assist me in maintaining the content of this site off and on for the past year. There were no takers.

I understand that SHA has been posting results on NASGA and is developing some very exciting online tools using Facebook and other web media to support the needs of the Scottish Athletic community. My efforts are therefore redundant and unnecessary. I will post the links to their new online media in News and Notices as soon as I can.
